I have a dream – Year 9 RE students

​I have a dream that one day our world and the people in it will finally realise that we are all here for a reason. Not for war, not for attacks, not even for arguments, but for living. We are one and we are equal and we must live our lives to the fullest to fulfil that.

I have a dream that one day I will be listening to the radio and hear amazing things about our world and the people in it. I would not be listening to yet another stabbing, but friendship. Not another mass shooting, but care, and not one talk about war, yet love…
I have a dream that people will be able to walk out of their homes with no fear or risk that day. I want people to have fun, go outside, and even go out at night with no fear of their own life being taken.
I have a dream that generations from now different races, religions, cultures of sorts will be able to sit together at a table, have fun, and with no discriminatory remark or insult in sight all around the globe. 
I have a dream that countries will no longer exploit children, selling and sending them off to people after people. I want no child in these places to fear of who they will be sold to next, and definitely, not be scared of what that person may do to them!
This is my dream for the world, and I hope it shall be yours too, as together, we can make this happen. If we unite, anything is possible…
