The Struggles of Lockdown
Why oh why were we put in lockdown by the laws?
Some children cheered in joy.
Schools were closed and each week there was applause,
For our NHS and key workers they did bravely deploy.
Home schooling. We thought it would be great!
But without our teachers and class mates it just wasn’t the same.
Tasks came in as fast as lightening to decide our fate.
The quantity of assignments caused us mental pain.
